POSITION SUMMARY: Full-time position is responsible for preparation and distribution of foods and supplements to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Will also provide food service to employees and public in the Snack Bar. Includes Cook, Assistant Cook, Snack Bar, Tray Delivery positions.

High School Graduate or equivalent; Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions; and prior experience in food service preferred.

WORK HOURS: Work hours vary.


POSITION SUMMARY: Part-time position responsible for accurate patient scheduling and registration in the electronic scheduling system, all functions and activities related to patient access including but not limited to: reception/switchboard/surgery registration, pre-certification, on-site insurance verification, point of service collection, and discharge.

High school graduate or equivalent, Medical Secretary and/or Medical Administrative Education preferred. Minimum of 1 year work-related experience in a medical/clinical office, experience in a hospital setting preferred. Previous experience with computerized registration systems and Electronic Health Record System preferred. Familiarity of medical insurance and medical terminology is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality is mandatory. Must have articulate verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette. Must have exceptional and excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with patients and visitors of all demographics is required. Computer proficiency and data entry skills. The ability to effectively work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as work independently.

WORK HOURS: Position will work primarily 1st shift (Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5) and includes every other weekend 2nd shift, and a holiday rotation (3 holidays per year).


POSITION SUMMARY: Part-time Medical Assistant position responsible for obstetric set-ups, vital signs, vaccinations, and administrative tasks in the Obstetrics Office.

Graduate of a Certified Medical Assistant Program and experience in a clinical/office setting required. Must be flexible with schedule.

WORK HOURS: 5 days/week (4-hours/day).


POSITION SUMMARY: Part-time Phlebotomist/Clerk responsible for phlebotomy and clerk functions, Inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy, report generation, and filing in the Laboratory Department (Inpatient and outpatient).

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist with office skills; Excellent customer service skills required; Must be an excellent team player; Must have a positive attitude toward the public and co-workers.

WORK HOURS: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM every other weekend, and any shift as needed through the week.


POSITION SUMMARY: Casual position responsible for performing electrical duties
as required and orders electrical parts as necessary. Installs and maintains a variety of electrical equipment.
Electronic telecommunications, signaling systems, and any other system that requires the electrical trade in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with the N.E.C.

High School Graduate or equivalent; Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. Must meet required criteria as
described in the Employee Information Manual; Ability to follow oral and written instructions in the conduct of the job. Must physically be able to lift and move heavy objects as outlined in the physical demands form; Experience in operating manual and power operated tools; Must be able to tolerate unpleasant sights and objectionable odors; Exemplary customer service skills required; Must be an excellent team player; Must have a positive attitude toward the public and co-workers. Requires approximately 2 years experience as an electrician, preferably in the Hospital field, plus extensive experience. Has an in-depth understanding of electronic circuitry. Is able to install diagnose, and repair same. Good analytical ability, awareness of safety, manual dexterity, self-motivated and readily adapt to change.

TITLE: Registered Nurse (Obstetrics):
Full-time position:  Nursing Services

POSITION SUMMARY: This individual will work as part of the healthcare team and will be responsible for both the provision of care for ante/intra/post partum, obstetric patients and newborns in accordance with established standards of practice.

1) Current PA licensure as a Registered Nurse
2)  Prior Obstetric experience required
3) Ability to perform essential functions of the position

WORK HOURS: Full-time position - primary eve/night shifts with rotation/floating as needed
