Local Primary Care Office. Full-time position. Primarily daylight hours. Responsible for the business and clinical functions through administrative, clerical, and clinical staff. Oversees any medical/administrative problems. Assists in the development of the annual budget and provide monthly variance analysis. Minimum of Associates’ Degree in health related field, or significant related medical experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment required. Must have the ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in decision-making process. Maintain effective relationships with staff and patients.
RN WOUND CARE:
Full-time position responsible for clinical operations of wound care. Plans, organizes and manages assigned personnel and resources for quality care. Ensures continuity of care for all patients and prepares required clinical reports. Maintains documentation for regulatory agencies. Oversees case management for all patients. BSN is required, Wound Care experience required, Ostomery certification required or willing to certify in ostomy within two years of date of hire.
Full-time (2nd shift) and part-time (1st & 2nd shift) positions available. Requires weekend/holiday rotation. Coordinates patient care activities and clinical responsibilities on shift, maintains established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, works collectively with Care Management to ensure patients are properly assessed and processes are managed effectively. BSN preferred. Minimum of 3 years of inpatient acute care required, 2 years of Leadership experience preferred. ACLS, PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months
RN STAFF NURSE: ED/ICU:
Full-time and part-time positions available. Primarily 12 hour shifts and/or 8 hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotation. The RN Staff Nurse ED/ICU works as a member of the Critical Care Team, responsible for triage, provision of care to patients in accordance with standards of practice. Prior Medical-Surgical, ED, or ICU experience required. ACLS and PALS preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months.
***All nursing positions must be a Registered Nurse with PA license and have excellent communication skills.
Full-time position, Daylight Monday Friday, available for support call on evenings and weekends. Will be responsible for administering, setting up, and troubleshooting the Local Area Network while ensuring appropriate security. BS Degree in Information Systems or over 5 years equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years as a Network Administrator required. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 Server, DHCP, DNS, & WINS, Cisco Switches, Lotus Notes. Should also have ability to work with a wide variety of software packages. Must possess excellent communication skills.
MANAGER OF HEALTH INFORMATION AND RECORDS
Full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday. Position is responsible for organizing, planning, directing, controlling and continuously improving activities of the Health Information and Records Department.
The primary functions include, but are not limited to, Medical Records, Transcription, Coding, HIPAA, and Medical Services.
Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited Health Records Management program and certified as a Registered Record Administrator (RRA) or equivalent experience with intent to obtain RRA. Applicant should have prior experience (minimum of 5 years) managing a health info/medical records department and should possess strong verbal and writing skills. Familiarity with computers and department specific computer applications.
CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

The Certified Surgical Technologist/Certified Registered Central Service Technician functions as a scrub nurse on the surgical team, assists in applicable O.R. duties/procedures, and is responsible for the provision of patient care equipment and supplies that have been cleaned/sterilized through hospital approved techniques.
Qualifications: graduate of a Surgical Tech Program, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required, Certified Registered Central Service Technician (or obtain Certification within 18 months), prior experience is preferred.
PATIENT ACCESS CLERK
Part-time position, rotating shifts as needed, every other weekend/holiday rotation.
Position performs all functions and activities related to patient access including but not limited to: reception/switchboard and registration, accurate patient scheduling and registration in the electronic scheduling system, pre-certification, on-site insurance verification, point of service collection, and discharge.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, Medical Secretary and/or Medical Administrative Assistant education preferred. Minimum of 1 year work-related experience in a medical-clinical office, experience in a hospital setting preferred. Previous experience with computerized registrations systems and Electronic Health Record System preferred. Familiarity of medical insurance and medical terminology preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality is mandatory. Excellent customer service skills, articulate verbal communication, telephone etiquette and the ability to deal with patients and visitors of all demographics is a must. Must have computer proficiency and data entry skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as work independently.
