Part-time position, rotating shifts as needed, every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Position performs all functions and activities related to patient access including but not limited to: reception/switchboard and registration, accurate patient scheduling and registration in the electronic scheduling system, pre-certification, on-site insurance verification, point of service collection, and discharge.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, Medical Secretary and/or Medical Administrative Assistant education preferred. Minimum of 1 year work-related experience in a medical-clinical office, experience in a hospital setting preferred. Previous experience with computerized registrations systems and Electronic Health Record System preferred. Familiarity of medical insurance and medical terminology preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality is mandatory. Excellent customer service skills, articulate verbal communication, telephone etiquette and the ability to deal with patients and visitors of all demographics is a must. Must have computer proficiency and data entry skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as work independently.


Part-time position including weekend and on-call rotation. Primary responsibilities include providing quality patient care and serves as a case manager on a visiting or intermittent basis in the home environment. Travel is required for the position within the geographic area served by the agency. Current PA licensure as an RN required. Previous home care experience required. OASIS training required. Current PA Driver’s License and auto insurance.
